Demand planning engine based on data, algorithm in self learning mode. The engine should work based on configurable inputs on products and services. The engine should be able to take cross references and learnings from all the common factors e.g vehicle sale would need parts and lubes gets triggered post sale as an inputs based on machine learning that by when lubes are required and by when parts would be required based historical data. The same can be used for the selling of parts in ecommerce and supply chain.
The customers do not get a chance to trace the replacement of spare parts during a service and invariably carry a doubt in their mind on whether the parts replaced were genuine or not, especially at the unauthorized service centres. We are looking for a solution, whereby, our customers are able to ascertain easily if the parts replaced during the service are genuine or not. Solutions should be extremely cost effective and scalable.
